Effective date: May 18, 2026 Last updated: May 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Manogrand Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Manogrand," "we," "us"), operating the AgenikAI service, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the website, applications, and services we provide at agenikai.com (the "Service").
This Policy applies to (a) visitors to our website, (b) representatives of business customers who register and use the Service ("Customer Users"), and (c) individuals whose data is processed through the Service by our Customers ("End Users").
For End User data submitted to the Service by a Customer, Manogrand acts as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of that Customer, who is the controller (or business). End Users should contact the relevant Customer for questions about how their data is used.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, role, and credentials when you register for an account or contact us.
Payment information. Paddle processes Paddle checkout transactions as our merchant of record and authorized reseller. The Paddle contracting entity may vary by buyer location and is identified during checkout or on your receipt. Paddle collects and processes payment card details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. We receive transaction metadata such as plan, amount, currency, country, last-four digits, and billing email.
Usage and device information. Log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and similar telemetry, collected automatically via server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
Communications with us. When you communicate with us by email, calendar booking, or through the Service, we collect the content and metadata of those communications.
Customer Content (processed on behalf of Customers). Through the Service, Customers and their authorized users may submit or generate task instructions, business records, contact records, conversation transcripts, files, schedules, vendor and operational data, and connection metadata for Connected Tools.
Connected Tool data. When a Customer authorizes the Service to connect to a third-party tool (such as a CRM, email account, document store, ticketing system, or messaging platform), we access the data within that tool that is necessary to perform the task the Customer has instructed. We process this data on the Customer's behalf.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service, and analytics and preference cookies (with your consent where required) to understand usage and improve the Service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or through any cookie banner we present.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- create and administer accounts and authenticate Customer Users;
- execute the tasks Customers instruct the Agent to perform;
- process payments and prevent fraud (through Paddle);
- communicate about service updates, security notices, transactional matters, and, where permitted, marketing (you may opt out at any time);
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- generate aggregated, de-identified analytics;
- train and improve our own systems and models, excluding the content of Customer-submitted Customer Content unless the Customer expressly opts in;
- enforce our Terms of Use & Service and protect our rights;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR and similar laws: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as operating and securing the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as described below.

A current list of sub-processors is available on request from info@agenikai.com.
Customers and their authorized users. Where End User data is processed within a Customer's deployment, the Customer remains the controller of that data.
Legal, safety, and compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Manogrand, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If Manogrand is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice as required by law.
4. International Data Transfers
Manogrand is based in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions. Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not deemed adequate, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with supplementary measures where necessary.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to twelve (12) months after closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Customer Content is retained per the applicable subscription configuration and, after termination, for approximately thirty (30) days before deletion or anonymization.
- Billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting laws (typically seven (7) years in the United States).
- Logs and security records are typically retained for up to twelve (12) months.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- restrict or object to certain processing;
- portability of data you provided to us;

To exercise these rights, email info@agenikai.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR; 45 days under CCPA, extendable once). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are an End User of a Customer's deployment, please direct privacy requests to the Customer; we will support the Customer in responding.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, access controls and least-privilege principles, audit logging, code review, and regular security testing. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
8. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing info@agenikai.com. We will continue to send transactional and service-related messages even if you opt out of marketing.
9. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
